Loop Playback - Last Note Cut Off, Cracking Sound and Unintended Delay/Rest
Some time ago I took notice of the Loop Playback Feature. It looks really helpful if you want to practice a particular part without changing the score, but I think there's a major problem with it:
If the end of the selected loop is reached, the last note is cut off, you can hear a cracking sound and there will be a small unintended delay/rest before the beginning of the loop is played again. Sometimes that delay is so short that you can't barely notice it and another time it is long enough to really destroy the feel of the rhythm.
I don't know what is causing the problem, but if I change that loop to a repeat with a repeat count of let's say fifty, it plays smoothly as it should without any problem, so I think the problem isn't caused by my computer system.
Currently I'm using MuseScore 2.2.1 (51b8386), but I have tested it and the problem still occurs in the latest Development Build (ef72a27, 2018-05-08-0904).
There are two recordings attached (recorded from the same score file):
Example 1 - Loop Playback (with issues)
Example 2 - Repeat (fine)
