A little automatic formatting please
Hi gang!!!
I wonder if there is an easy way to get an automatic formatting of some symbols into the score.
Let's say: we put some mP into a bar, then a FF into another bar, and then we write a "crescendo" line selecting the first and last bar of that dynamic transition. Well, the "crescendo" line (which should be into "Dynamics" palette, not in "Lines") will be seen overlapping the mP and FF symbols.
The same thing to avoid other overlapping cases (lyrics, triplets, etc. etc. etc.).
If today there is not an auto way to get that kind of formatting... Why not to add this feature in the next version??? .. PLEASE!!!
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!!!!!

You got it. It'll be included in version 3.0. Be aware that 2.3 will likely be released before that though.

Thank you so much to hear us!!!
This seems important: "Well, the "crescendo" line (which should be into "Dynamics" palette, not in "Lines")......".

As is the case with the repeat barlines, it makes sense to put it in both places. I'm not an advocate of having identical items in two different palettes, so they make sense in the lines palette. BTW, I delete the repeat barlines from my jumps palette, you can add the dynamic lines to the dynamic palette.
Better automatic placement and collision avoidance is actually the main reason for the big rewrite happening for MuseScore 3. See also https://musescore.org/en/user/101731/blog/2016/05/01/musescore-3.0-unde…
