You don't have the play repeats button pressed on the toolbar. It's the one on the left in the picture.
Either that or there is an error in the score where repeats were added incorrectly (eg, using the Inspector rather the Palette, or there is a mismatch between start and end repeats). If you have verified your repeat button is turned on, then we would need you to attach your score in order to help understand where the problem might be.
