If an uploaded score has a duration of exactly x minutes and zero seconds (e.g. exactly 3 minutes), the duration will be listed without seconds (e.g. 03 instead of 03:00).

And where's the bug?
The duration shown in the screenshot should be displayed in the format mm:ss and should read 03:00.
Can you provide the link to the score in MuseScore.com or upload your 3 minute MSCZ file ? That makes it a lot easier to reproduce, and/or verify if it still exists.
