Beam over systems
Hi everyone
I'm sure i'm not the only one who wants this, but PLEASE add support in an update SOON to beam notes across systems (see attatched photo for what i mean). I don't understand why it's like this, but when i try it just ends up as an ugly mess.

Was this ever resolved? I am too new at all this to decipher much of what has been written, so I'll simply ask: Is there a way I could beam over the barlines now?

The issue is still open, so the answer would be no, you can't

Well, you can certainly beam over barlines - it just doesn't produce good results if the measures are on different systems.

I had tried looking into "beams" ," measure operations" and a search of the forum which led me here.I did notice that ends of systems will present a problem, in which case I'll simply await a future installment.

Just use the beams palette and apply the "Beam middle" icon to the 1st note after the barline

I thought I tried them all....well, at least none are at the end of a system thus far.
