MDL Audio Not Working??
I uploaded a score to the website and the snare part isn't audible. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Did you upload the score audio along with the score?
Looking at that score you apparently did not.

Whenever you save a score online that uses a non-default soundfont (i.e. not only MuseScore_General.sf3), you'd need to upload the score audio too. And you need to be able to export to MP3 for this (which in your case is a given, as you're using MuseScore 2.3.1 on Windows, which does include MP3 export by default)

Sure? I don't hear them on musescore.com nor do I see an additional audio source there?

@jojo It's not added as an additional audio source. Instead, it's using the uploaded audio as default.

Still I don't hear it there, check measure 23 and 24, dead silence
Make sure to either:
a) Publish to Musescore.com using Save Online (File > Save Online)
b) Save synthesizer settings to file (View > Syntehsizer > Save to Score) before uploading via web
Also, make sure you have updated to MuseScore 2.3.1. There were some fixes in 2.3.1 that could improve this.

ad a) Just saving online is not enough I believe, you'd also need to tick the "Upload score audio" box
reg. 2.3.1: this is with the OP is using already, as per score properties
