You need to be more specific than that for us to be able to help. What version of MuseScore are you trying to open? What operating system and what version of it? What is your hardware specifications. Do they meet the minimum? (see https://musescore.org/en/download#Minimum-requirements )

then, for example...
Use the -s option to see if it might be an audio problem.
Use the -w option to see if it might be a web connection issue.
