Can't upload songs with soundfonts in the new update
The moment I save the song online from the PC app with a piano soundfont I'm trying to use, the app crashes about 3 seconds after I click upload. No uploading progress bar appears before the crash like usual when successfully uploading a score.

Are you on macOS? Sounds like maybe you didn't update to 2.3.1 yet - this was one of the bugs fixed for that release. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/developers-handbook/release-notes/rel…

No, I'm on Windows. And this is an issue that only started once I updated to 2.3.1

Does File / Export work? Could be an issue with that particular soundfont - does a different one work?

Sorry for the late response. Does File / Export let you post scores aswell? If so, how would you do that?

No, I just suggested you try that to help us diagnose the problem. If File / Export crashes as well, then the problem is probably with the generation of the audio file. If it doesn't, then the problem has to do with the upload process.
Meanwhile, if you're still experiencing problems, try updating to 2.3.2
