Playback speed

Hi. I'm still learning Musescore and have another question. I created a new piece using shorter notes (the ones with little wings on them) because I thought that was how you make the notes play faster, but now it's too fast. I like the piece I wrote but am wondering if there is away to keep the shorter notes but have the overall piece play slower. Also by extension there must also be a way to make a whole piece play faster too...Right?
