I insert 8 measures and that section when the score is playing do not have sound, but the others measures yes! Help!!!

Sounds like maybe the instrument you added the notes to is muted in the Mixer, or some other issue like that. We'd need you to attach your score in order to more than guess, though.
Sounds more like the silent notes have Play unchecked in the inspector (F8 to toggle it).
Also jantrompeta, it is always a good idea to give your thread a meaningful title. "Help please" could mean a million things. The only reason I say this is for the benefit of those who search the forum for a specific issue. Perhaps, "Inserted measures have no sound" is more specific to your needs? Just a thought. Thanks.
