Songbook (how to recover the paid app?)

I purchase Songbook (the paid version) 3 years ago and have installed on my iphone and ipad. Few days ago I deleted by accident the app on iphone, and found the same app disappears on all other installed devices.
Worst is, I can't locate the apps from my Apple App library (the "purchased" list), even with the help of Apple's customer service expert.
It is strange that Songbook is no longer available in Apple App Store, which means I can't retrieve it even I am ready to pay again.

Can anybody advise me urgently what I should do to recover Songbook? Many thanks in anticipation. Mike

Hi mwong,

The Songbook issue is a can of worms. The Ultimate Guitar Musescore team is stalling the re-upload of Songbook 1.13 to App Store, even though the Musescore app v2.0 is rife with bugs. There are some suggestions on for workarounds:

among them:
- borrow an Android and download Songbook from Amazon, or
- export your score to MusicXML format from Musescore desktop, and use an XML reader. There is even a webbased XMLreader that will tide you over:
