How to separate voices into their own staffs?
Hi, I'm trying to separate a vocal line (typed as voice 2 and 3) from the RH piano line (voice 1). they are written on a single staff but it would be great to cut the vocal line and paste on a new staff. How can it be done? thanks.

Use FILTER
To expound on what Raymond said, the Filter selector can be turned on with F6. Keep the voices you want to copy checked, copy and paste, then use the Edit->Voices and exchange the selected voice with voice 1. Then select all of measures again and press delete to get rid of them, then check the other voices so your mouse will continue working the way you expect.
