As I say in the subject, Search parameters should show on the search "home page" rather than after the initial search.

At the moment when I click on the search icon I get a text box to enter the string I am searching for.

Only then, after I have engaged the search option, am I presented with the arees I can search, including the handbook.

Those choices should appear when the icon is selected.
