*Using MDL

When selecting "Add>Text>[Any of the Options] while in Continuous View, a text box is displayed over top of the top system, and no title entered appears.

In Continuous View title, subtitle, composer, lyricist, and/or Part Name should be displayed a system-height above the first and second measures.
