Beam doesn't connect when it doesn't in the same row?
How do you connect beam cross the "row"? (As in Example.png attachment)

I believe this is a known issue, but can't find it currently
You can beam across a barline. but not across a system break
It's a kwnow issue, see: #16278: Beaming notes over barlines and line breaks
