Input Notes/Rests
- Input rests with spacebar, even when rest in panel is not pressed.
- Change note/rest-length with keyboardkeys, to input all from keyboard, not using the mouse.

If you are using 0.9.2 or above, this should all work already. See the handbook at Note entry

It works! Great. This information about Note length change is not in the manual that is in the program.
