Palette: englische statt deutscher Begriffe/English instead of Germans terms in palettes
In der Palette tauchen plötzlich wieder einige englische Bezeichnungen auf, die eigentlich schon übersetzt waren, oder?

"default" is not the name of a standard workspace in MuseScore; those are "Basic" and "Advanced".
This means you've likely created a custom workspace at some point in time: as custom workspaces allow you to set names for palettes yourself we indeed don't translate any palettes in there.

"default" was not consciously created by me – maybe I was drunk. But even if I had created it (unconsciously of course), I definitely wouldn't have renamed/retranslated those terms. So they have to be stored somewhere as default for new workspaces (custom palettes) and there they should exist in the correct (=selected) translation, right? In Basic and Advanced the translations are actually OK, I think I accidentally scrolled the mouse over the field.
"Default" wurde von mir nicht bewusst angelegt – vielleicht war ich betrunken. Aber selbst wenn ich es angelegt hätte, hätte ich die besagten Begriffe nicht umbenannt oder zurückübersetzt. Sie müssen also irgendwo als Standard für neue Arpeitsplätze (Paletten) hinterlegt sein und dort sollten sie in der korrekten (=ausgewählten) Übersetzung vorliegen, oder? In Basic (Einfach) und Advanced (Erweitert) sind die Übersetzungen tatsächlich in Ordnung, irgendwie bin ich wohl mit der Maus "darüber gescrollt".

These items change their context when being copied into a custom workspace /palette and so the translations are not found, even if the strings themselfes haven't changed.
The fix for you is easy: just delete that inadvertently created workspace or just switch to the Basic or Advanced one
