Tempo glitching out
The melody on the instruments is just fine but the drums are being very strange. I'd add the score to this but I feel that it may be a localized problem and not a score based one. I tried restarting musescore but it didn't work.

We definitely need more information than that to be able to understand. I would suggest that you attach your score and tells us what sounds wrong. If other can see it then the problem can be fixed, if we can't see it then perhaps we will have a starting point to understand what the problem is.

The drum is doing a strange thing where instead of doing quarter notes it is doing a sort of beat but its off? The score has a separate soundfont to it so the instruments might be a little off. The drumset used is apart of the musescore general soundfont installed into musescore. Also this song is barely done and it is for an indie game so please don't steal what is there.

In order to check the rhythm, I slowed it down to 60 BPM in the play panel (F11) and it seems to me the drum is on the same beat as the first piano. I'm not using the same sound font, but I don't see that making a difference.
