Ability to Make Custom Clef

Hello, is it possible to make a custom clef that functions similar to the way the present clefs do, but with different note assignments? I am learning to use this method of notation: https://muto-method.com/en/score.html and would like to be able to use a 7 line staff with C in the middle and F# as the bottom and top lines, with each note in the chromatic scale falling on its own line or space above and below. Ideally, when this custom clef is dragged onto the score, the notes would rearrange themselves to be the same notes but on this different clef, as happens now when dragging a F clef onto a G clef and the like.
