You really should either read the manual or watch some of the videos here.
Read the manual when you open musescore called "scR1202" or something like that.

A score named "scR1202" is almost certainly an automatic backup, opened after a crash, you'd better do a Save As on it to the regular place where you store your files normally
Just place some notes and learn from the handbook and the r1202 thing.
