Have option to apply 8va only to notes on selected stave for split-stave passages.

Currently if you have an octave applied to a passage where the notes are split between the staffs, it will play all the notes an octave above, not just the ones on the staff where the octave mark is.

If you were playing the attached passage, you would play the notes in the top staff an octave higher, and the notes in the bottom staff at normal pitch. I can select the first note in the top staff to start the octave mark on, but then it will apply it to every subsequent note, including ones below.

I understand this is a minor issue because it only affects playback, but it would be great to have it work this way.
