Help !
This is a question born out my own carelessness....
A while ago I arranged a four-part score and printed out the four individual parts but I didn't print the full score. I have accidentally deleted the score for these four parts but I need the score now.
I have tried creating a new four part score and copying and pasting the individual parts into it but this fails hopelessly. None of the key or time signatures paste properly and none of the bars with altered beats paste properly. For example a 4/4 bar modified to have only one beat still pastes as a full 4/4 bar. This makes a cut and paste solution impossible.
Is there a way to reverse the 'parts' function and generate a score from the four parts?

Take one of the parts and add the instruments for the other parts, then copy/paste those.
Assuming you didn't change the numbers of beats differently in the individual parts...

Yes of course, thank you, I should have thought of that.
That solved the modified bars problem but the key signatures still don't appear in the three pasted parts which is a bit strange. I put them in manually though and that worked fine.

Yes, it is a known issue that instruments added after score creation don't 'inherit' the correct key sig. AFAIR fixed in the next release
