I want to change the key from Bb to C but it doesn't show the natural symbol on the bars. Thanks

score and more infos needed, on the pic we can't see any key sig change, so can't tell whether a courtey keysig should show
See also #279096: Key signature added in measure that was previous at start of system does not appear, seems likely the same issue, not that I can reproduce it yet.

It is solved now. I think it's just a minor bug
