Everytime, when trying to resize a sheet measures to best fit a page this error occurs. Part of the systems of the subsequent pages get fit in the wrong place.

This seems likely related to #279367: First system on a page may not fit to the page.
Looks like the recently fixed #278783: Parts of score fall off page or are shown twice after adjusting stretch, see the PDF file attached to that issue.
To the OP: do you still see this in latest beta? Can you attach your score?
