---------THIS IS A PROPOSAL, NOT A TUTORIAL---------
To apply bracket: select one or more staves and double click bracket on pallet.
To change range of bracket: double click bracket and drag up or down. Staves moved in between bracketed staves will automatically be included in bracket.
To name a bracket: right click on bracket, click on bracket properties, check "visible" on long and short bracket name, adjust name to your liking.
To show tempo above: right click on bracket, click on bracket properties, check display stave text above.
Other features: mixer grouping, subsystem text, change bracket type.

I have not gotten that far. With all that I have learned I can hardly make anything more than Alien Invaders.
FWIW, we just had a major release, and all focus has been on fixing critical bugs and eliminating regressions. There hasn't been extra time to look at proposals for new features. As mentioned, that's the sort fo thing that makes a good "scratch your own itch" project if you're up to the task, but if not, then I can only ask you be patient as there are plenty of bugs left to fix and other features requested by many others to consider.

I am also in favor of this idea so I changed the frequency to Many. There are also other related proposals that are unidentified duplicates as well.
