Uploaded a score with a soundfont and it won't play back anything on the site

To explain more clearly, I uploaded a piano only score which I used a soundfont in. I uploaded the score from the actual musescore app with the "Save Online" button and had it use the soundfont audio. However, when I try to click play on the website, the play button doesn't do anything. I click it, it acts like it's loading for less than half a second and then goes back to displaying the button as though I never clicked it. Not sure how to fix this issue and I've been experiencing it for a long time
