Getting a campanella (sustain) effect in playback
Is there a way to get Musescore to mimic a guitar/ukuelele campanella (overlapping sustain) effect? Campenella is a technique of not playing two consecutive notes on the same string to maximize the sustain of each note, allowing their ringing to overlap like "bells".
Some midi sequencers have a simple setting to allow the sustain of notes to overlap, like a piano sustain pedal sustain. In Musescore, each note is cut off when the next notes begins in the same voice. I could write using two voices, but that seems like a lot of extra work.
Thanks
Sam

It seems I found the answer searching some more. Select a range of notes and add Ped. or Let Ring from the Pallete "Lines". What's the difference between Pedal and "Let Ring" ? They sound the same. My guess is just how the marking appears on the score. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/lines

Probably the same thing but for different instruments
