Arranger Plugin doesn't work with Musescore 2.3 nor 3.0

Hello,
I've been trying to use Aranger Plugin but with no succes. When I use it with template score (Rock band) and with few basic chords (C Dm7 G7 etc.) nothing happens. I've got no results, no notes created and the debugger says:

I tried it also with Musescore version 2.3 but I got the same error.
The plugin is really fantastic and it would be nice to have it working.
