So much progress today!
Indeed, I had not noticed the absence of sfz (for two sf)
In fact, I immediately noticed the positive change visually of this palette: all signs are perfectly now legible :-)
@Shoichi. You may have noticed also that it lack the double "ff". They are not (with the "sfz) in the Master Palette -> Dynamics section.
However, you can drag and drop them from the same Master Palette, but via the Symbols section -> Font Bravura.
I guess this is already done;)

Confirmed, even after a factory reset. They appear to be in Arial (when you double-click them to edit) and cannot be changed.

I see two SF (in the legend the second has the Z) but I can customize (a little hard indeed).

ff and sfz are back now.
