Canon
Is there a way to play a three (or four) voice canon in Musescore? I have entered the notes (once) in 12 measures and after the fourth and eight measure a new group begins (simple canon). No where do I see the options to number the fourth and eight measures nor have the playback do a staggered start. Any ideas? Thx.

Not as far as playback in MuseScore is concerned (not without a lot of copy/paste).
But easily told to your musicians.
See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/voices
To edit whether and how often measure numbers appear. See:

BTW: Here's an example of a 4 part canon I had in my files:

For what it's worth, a canon at the octave or unison for more than 2 voices, intended to be sung informally in repetition (and often not abididing to the strictest rules of counterpoint), a venerable form, is called a "round" in English.

So, a "round" canon... 😁

I knew someone would get a "round" to saying that... :-0
Thanks for your suggestions and example(s). I then used the copy/paste function to create three separate voices, which seems to work.

You can save a few measures with a different placement of repeats:

Here's a 4 part with an ending - so it doesn't perpetually go 'round and 'round ;-)
