I don't recall one for version 2, but you can do this in version 3 without a plugin, ehich is fortunate because plugins are broke in version 3.
Right click a staff, choose staff/part properties, Advanced Style properties and the note head Scheme you want.

You're welcome. I suspect this will become one of the most asked questions in version 3 that won't have an easy tour to explain it.
