I do not have the ability to edit the text of the volts element because the context menu does not have the "Edit line of volts" inscription as indicated in the online tutorial

The volta properties are now in the inspector. F8 will open it and some of the items may be collapsed by clicking on a bold title. You will see a ">" or one rotate 90 degrees.
