Loop start position
Just downloaded upgrade to Musescore 3 on Mac and I cant get the loop start to be set anywhere other than the start of the piece. I used to highlight the note where I wanted it to start and then set the start point and it would be set at my highlighted note - but it now always jumps back to the start! Please help
Thanks !

On a score with linked parts and trying to loop in a part?
As with that I can reproduce, but not otherwise

Yes - although thats another problem! I cant get it to playback just one part even though Im working on single part view. Can I re-install the older version 2.32 until these problems are ironed out as Im working on a specific part that Im trying to learn to play on my instrument -

You can have one 1.x, 2.x and 3.x version each installed and running on the same computer.
For parts playback solo the part, see #109941: Regression—playback in single part instead plays full score
Ugh! I'm struggling with this now. I swear Musescore is the most unintuitive software I have ever tried. I've had it for two years and still can't use it well. Can't drag the flag. Can't point on a note in a measure... Even the manual is unintuitive. You'd think entering "start loop" in the search would take you to a list of options, with the first option being "How to set start and end loop points" or something.
