Guitar fretboard diagram modifying

When modifying the diagrams in the inspector. The 0s and Xs at th top of the diagram persist when entering a new fret postion on the same string ( indicated by a black dot). I would expect the 0s and Xs to disappear (as happened in the previous version) since you cannot have both a note and an open string on the same string.
