The "visible" checkbox inside bar properties doe not produce effect unless the page is redrawn

If I want a specific bar to be not visible, using the checkbox inside the "Measure properties" does not take effect (in version 2.0 it did).
Even if I remove the check from the "Visible" box and clik on OK button, the measure remains visible until some other event produce the page to be redrawn.
This happens aldo in vice versa, that is to remake visible a previously invisible bar.
