Release of Handbook for translation
The Outline of the version 3 Handbook shows that the main version is by now very close to fullly updated.

However it seems there is little progress on the remaining topics.
I dont think the few misssing items should prevent the release of the Handbook for translation.
Hope this will be done soon.

So now it seems I figured it out, but seems to me more complicate at the first sight, when one was used to translate the handbook in another way ;-).

yep
Might help to have the 2.x handbook open, to copy/paste sentences, sections, or just 'steal' the odd word
