To reproduce just change the leading space of any bar line, save and close the file, then reopen it and all your work should be gone.

Severity S3 - Major ⇒ S2 - Critical

Just increased Severity so that it won't get ignored anymore, because it requiers a lot of rework everytime you reopen a file, thought S3 will be enough to be fixed in the patch.
