Ties not cascading from score to parts

I see that there are some issues with ties using cut and paste; however, I have not seen anyone else with this issue.

I have a few scores edited using Musescore 3 where the ties that are in the score for a part are not showing up in the individual corresponding part. I have attached one of my scores with the issue. If you look at measures 41 and 43, you will see a tied half-to-quarter note for the Bari Sax and both trombones. However, in the individual Bari part, neither of the tied notes (41 and 43) are tied, and in the trombone parts the first is not (41) but the second one is (43). I am finding this happening in other parts of this chart as well as others where I edited scores using Musescore 3. I have not tried manually adding the ties in the individual part charts yet as a work around, although that is going to be painful as I will have to inspect every chart for ties.

Is this a known bug?
