Editing Instrument Names Mid-score

In one of my scores I need to change the name of an instrument after a section break in the middle of the score. I put change instrument text to display the name of the new instrument in front of the staff. But it displays flute, what I need it to say is Flauto. Is there any way to edit just the name of the second instrument?
