MS 3 MISSING barline
For some reason MS 3 has a palette of 11 barlines, MS 2 had 12. The one missing is :|: I use that A LOT.

add an end barline in measure X and a start repeat barline in measure X+1
To be clear, there really never was a single repeat :|:, it was a lie - internally it was always two separate repeats. As you can easily see if you insert a system break there - the :| is at the end of one system, the |: at the start of the next.
