1) Load this file (SATB with parts): parts save mm rests.mscz
2) Eg go in Soprano Part
3) Format -> Style -> Score: Untick "Create multimeasure rests" -> Apply to all parts -> Ok
4) Switch again in main score
5) Save/Exit
6) Reload
7) Toggle in parts
Unexpected result: multimeasure rests are always here (enabled)

Probably the same issue as #285781: Non-default style settings in score get applied to all parts on reload, leading to bad transposition and other loss of data, but need to confirm once fully understood.
Actually, it seems this specific issue was fixed by the commit that broke #285781: Non-default style settings in score get applied to all parts on reload, leading to bad transposition and other loss of data?
Fixed with other issue

This PR was merged, I believe that should mean this issue is fixed in master, but not in 3.0.5?
Oh you're right. I also actually think this was fixed before my PR. So I am pretty sure it actually is fixed in 3.0.5
Have you tried? (there is a test file in first report)
So, after checking, it is not fixed in 3.0.5, but fixed in master.

My mistake, you’re right. I misinterpreted this issue. The old MM fix revealed this issue and it’s fixed with my PR in master, but not 3.0.5 Thanks!
Which pr?

This PR. It’s the one that resulted from the debug session a while back that solved a number of parts issues and saving and loading them.
Fixed in master.
