Scores that will not play on MuseScore.com

(I've emailed MuseScore.com support and have been asked to repost here.)

I have recently uploaded two rather big scores to MuseScore.com for rehearsal by my choir.

These scores simply won't play in the web GUI. They play in the MuseScore app on my iPad. In the web GUI, when you click the play button, the "progress bar" just begins to spin indefinitely.

Are they too big for the web GUI? (16 voices, ~1200 bars).

They were made with MuseScore 2.3.2 on a Mac. (BTW, publishing the same score with MuseScore 3 resulted in a blank page on MuseScore.com.)
