Voltas are skipped

I initially thought that the extra segno in measure 33 in the original post was the problem, but all voltas are still being skipped when the D.S. is taken. Any thoughts?

Yes, there was such a problem.
The solution is (in: 2.3.2)*1:
Put a "Section-break" to the same measure with "D.S.".
Right click on it, and select the "Section-break properties"
To avoid pauses and changes in measure numbers, set it as follows.: "Pause: 0sec., untick two checkboxes" and press OK
Now it will play as it should.

*This situation is usually more than one "segno", "D.S al coda" etc. consisted of when used. Yet here is a single D.S. there is.

It worked for me, I'll pass it on. I don't remember seeing anything like this before.
