accessing scores on mobile devices with enable synth

My choir uses musescore to share our music and be able to hear our individual sections' part. When trying to access through my android mobile device I can enable the synth and then try and solo my part, but I lose all audio as soon as I enable the synth. Is this an issue for all mobile devices? I tried accessing using the mobile chrome and firefox browsers on my android phone and the chrome browser on an iPod touch. All had no audio as soon as enable synth was engaged. Thoughts? Help?
