Isolating Staves/Instruments/Voices in Playback

Is there a way to isolate particular lines of music in playback mode? I know Finale allows you to either "mute" certain lines of a score so they would not sound in playback OR you could "solo" certain lines so ONLY those lines would sound in playback. I haven't found anything like that here yet.

Overall, I'm really liking this program though!
