Color Coding music and placing note names on the note heads in version 3

Where can I find the plugin/feature to color code each note (e.x. red for C, orange for D, etc) and place note names on the note heads? I heard this function was available in the previous versions, but could not find it in the version 3. I am trying to create music sheets to use during adaptive music lessons for young children, and this feature should help them read music tremendously!
