Bug with time signature

I get this quite often. If I try to delete one of them, both disappeares. If I then try to get a time signature again, I get the same result, regardless what I chose.

I never got this in MS 2, so must be some bug?

Indeed it is. It is a courtesy time sig that shows for no good reason. There are several issues about this that should be fixed in the next release
