Computer Keyboard Not Working ... At All

While in Musescore a couple nights ago, I was typing around as per usual, and now none of my keys work. When I scroll, the screen moves left to right instead of up and down. None of my shortcuts work, and I can't even type in note letter names. I went to search for help online, but I couldn't even type In google to get here. Currently, I'm using the most inconvenient OSK, and the only sign of my keyboard working is when I hold down N and the note menu drops down. Please help!
