"Muse Hub.app is damaged and can't be opened."
I had to reinstall the contents of my Mac's main hard disk from a backup yesterday, and since then, I am plagued with frequent popups saying , "Muse Hub.app is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash." Well, I moved it to the Trash, deleted every muse-related file I could locate in ~/Library, rebooted several times, and I STILL can't get it to stop. It's literally preventing me from working, because it pops up every few seconds in the middle of my screen and grabs focus away from whatever I'm doing.
Here's what I see
% launchctl list | grep muse
1431 -9 com.muse.loginlauncher
But the following does nothing:
% sudo launchctl remove com.muse.loginlauncher
And the following generates errors:
% sudo launchctl bootout system com.muse.loginlauncher
Boot-out failed: 5: Input/output error
% sudo launchctl bootout system com.muse.museservice
Boot-out failed: 5: Input/output error
Could someone please tell me how to get rid of it? I'm on a MacBook Pro M1 with Sequoia.
