MuseScore 3.0.5 Dynamics Test
Hi, Gang!!!
I tested the new MuseScore 3.0.5 PortableApp to Linux and...
I expected the single note dynamic change be a reality now, but... I don't hear it!!!
Did I do something wrong??? Or... Did I miss something in the process???
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!

That is not a feature of 3.0.5. I should be in 3.1, but even then will require soundfont support that isn't present yet.

Hi, Marc!!!
Now I see!!!
Thanks a lot for your info!!!
BTW: Why you talk about "soundfont support not present yet"??? I knew this is something related with a MIDI language specific command, not with the soundfont itself... Can you enlighten me, please???

Yes;
The "MIDI Continuous Controller 11 to Initial Attenuation" modulator is set as the default for sound-font version 2.1. (It's in the default modulators)
"SoundFont 2.01 Technical Specification - Page 56; under Title: 8.4 Default Modulators"
Hi,
Not yet in 3.0.5, but in the meantime, If you install a 3.1 development version (a "nightly") starting from March 8, the feature is implemented already, and works very well for soundfonts supporting the CC11 controller, such as the default MuseScore_General.sf3 soundfont that comes with the program.
If you give it a try with the test score you attached, I recommend you previosuly set, in the View->Synthetiser->Dynamics dialog, the "Dynamics method:" option to "CC events only (constant velocity)" , and "CC to use:" to "CC11".
